Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers purchasing through our online store have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- •Opened or used products – Any product that has been unsealed, used, or otherwise no longer in its original hygienic packaging cannot be returned.
- •Custom-made products – Any product that has been personalized, made to order, or customized according to your specifications (e.g., doll skin color, body type, or special features) is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Faulty or Defective Products
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order, you have the right to request a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photo evidence.
We will arrange for return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Conditions
- •Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and unused condition.
- •Returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- •We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- •Custom-made products cannot be returned once production begins due to their personalized nature.
- •Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.
- •For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
